- Entry in competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- 2day.com and it's associated agencies and companies & House of Travel Limited and it's associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Either prize redeemable for cash.
- Prize includes airport taxes and Government levies but does not include NZ departure tax which is payable at Auckland International airport.
- Travel is still subject to flight & accommodation availability at the time of booking
- The prize is non transferable (i.e. no names changes allowed)
- Blackout periods apply during school holidays and other public holiday periods.
- Air New Zealand conditions of carriage and any International procedures apply to the flights.
- Employees of 2day.com, Freeparking, WebFarm, ICONZ, House of Travel Limited, House of Travel Holdings Limited, Travelplan Holidays Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competitions.
- The competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
- The draw will take place on the 06 of February 2007. All winners will be announced and then notified by 8 February 2007 with the results posted on the Freeparking & House of Travel website.
- If for any reason either or both of these competitions are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Freeparking & House of Travel Limited which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the competition may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of Freeparking & House of Travel Limited. Freeparking and House of Travel Limited accept no responsibility for such an event.
