NOTICE:

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best possible service and support, we are making a change to the way we manage customer support tickets. From the 20th of April 2009, you will no longer need to login to our site to submit and manage your support tickets.

Instead, when you submit a support ticket, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with your support reference number in the subject title. We will update you via e-mail on any updates to the issue. In this way, support updates come to you, rather than the other way around. Better yet, if you don't have time to visit our site, you can automatically generate a support ticket in our system, simply by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@2day.com.

You will still be able to call or e-mail us on the usual lines if your wish to put extra urgency on your ticket, or if you need any updates. As always, we'll be happy to help.

Unfortunately, after the 20th of April, you will not be able to submit new support tickets using the previous helpdesk system. However, you will still be able to check details on support tickets submitted before this date, just in case you need to find some lost detail or question from the past.
